Stephen Kiiru joined CICAU’s Board of Directors in September of 2022. Has extensive experience in the intersecting fields of diversity, equity and inclusion and employee equal employment opportunity. He has worked in the public sector as the State Equal Employment Manager and Equal Employment Opportunity director for the Maryland National Guard, Military Equal Opportunity Program Manager and as the Director of Equal Employment Opportunity Programs for the US Army Medical Command.
Stephen is a MPA graduate from the University of Baltimore, and holds a Jurisprudence Degree, as well as a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from the University of Nairobi.
