Yolonda Udvardy, Ed.D.

Board of Directors

Dr. Yolonda Udvardy is a dynamic leader in higher education with extensive experience in program development, strategic partnerships, and student success initiatives. As the Director of High School Initiatives at Bucks County Community College, she leads efforts to expand post-secondary educational pathways for high school students, with a focus on dual enrollment and career readiness.

Previously, she served as Director of Continuing and Professional Studies at Delaware Valley University for over a decade, successfully managing credit and noncredit programs and fostering lifelong learning within the community. A dedicated member of professional organizations, Yolonda plays an active role in shaping policies that expand educational opportunities and align workforce development with community needs.

Outside of work, she is an avid football and baseball fan who enjoys sharing these experiences with her family. As a proud mother of two sons, she values supporting their activities and exploring outdoor adventures. Her love for travel fuels her passion for experiencing different cultures, enriching both her personal and professional life.

Yolonda holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Delaware Valley University, an M.S. in Education: Science of Instruction, and a B.S. in Biological Science and Technology, both from Drexel University in Pennsylvania.
